Stephanie and Mike's April 25th wedding at Deer Creek Golf & Country Club

Here is a wedding from April still! It is very busy right now with all my weddings, engagement portraits and other photography, as well as all the other business work, that time flies by...too fast!

School is out in a day or so and then it's officially summer...yeah!!!

For all of my weddings I want to post a slide show. I LOVE these!!! I think it is a very fun and interactive way to share some photos from the wedding. Music just sets a mood and I love music, so what better way than to put this together. Hopefully everyone likes the music selections, if not just turn the volume down or stop the music.

So here is Stephanie and Mike. They are a wonderful couple. Steph and I could talk all day about Europe, and England especially. They love to travel and went to Europe for their honeymoon...so romantic. Steph had her sisters helping her from the moment her dress needed help to sharing in the special moments. The guys were like boys in a candy shop with "the car". I had to take photos around it as something just happened, more of a twinkle in the guys eyes when it was around. Mike though had his eyes on his gorgeous new wife!

Have I Told You Lately That I LOVE YOU.

Here is the start to my glorious weddings. April 26th, Krystal and Time were married. They are so much in love and happy to be married! The way he makes her laugh, the way she makes him smile and the way they are wonderfully in love is a beautiful thing! I loved photographing the whole Jeffreys family and the MacLean's (my brother-in-law) are pretty great too! Enjoy and it was a honor to be a part of your wedding! Love,

Father's Day Gift Idea

Are looking for something special for your dad or hubby? Do you have recent photos of you or your kids? My friend Shawna wanted some pregnancy photos done and some of her and her daughter to give her husband for Father's Day. Carlyn is such a great kid! She is a kid that makes my job so much fun and good! You see kids can just be themselves and I get to capture this. Shawna was great!!! She did things with Carlyn that they do and the result...unforgettable moments captured forever!!!

Remember these days...

What a sweet little girl! We had so much fun with Maddy, as her Nana and Papa and dad were setting all this up for Maddy's mom a surprise gift of photos. Maddy did all things she likes to do; feeding the fish, dressing up, watering the flowers, reading with her papa, hugging the dog, blowing bubbles with her daddy, sitting with Nana. I was there to capture this for her mom. As her mom emailed me with words of gratefulness that brought tears to my eyes, she summed it all up by the ending, "Forever Grateful, Corrine."

Cristine & Stephen

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day! I did...with my 2 kiddies, husband and my mom and sisters and families!

Well I have done quite a bit of work since the last blog.

Here is an engagement, get to know you session shots of Cristine and Stephen. These were taken in the Distillery District in Toronto. It is very cool! The most fun was the fact that this couple is a riot! They have so much fun together that we were laughing our heads off the whole time. Beautiful spot, beautiful lighting and a beautiful couple.

Their wedding end of this month will be a blast! It's all at Cullen Gardens in Whitby and they will be so great and a lot of fun on their wedding day. Looking forward to it and here are some photos from a couple of weeks ago!

Krystal + Tim's Get To Know You Session

This is incredible weather!!!! I'm so excited that now is the start of the busy season. There are amazing spots for photos now and the light is gorgeous. It's absolutely beautiful for portraits. This is Krystal and Tim and they are getting married this Saturday. I can't wait as they are a wonderful couple and will be a lot of fun. I was so impressed when I met them for the portrait and Krystal was wearing this dress. It was kind of cool as I was wearing a coat, but this dress brought good luck for the awesome weather she'll have this weekend. Just a little slide show to enjoy! Heather

Mother & Daughters

Of course I think everyone should have photos taken, whether it's of your baby, your kids, siblings just together, family and each other. It was nice to get a call from a mom to have a portrait done of her and her two daughters. Her one daughter was flying home for her 21st birthday as a present she wanted a photo session done. This is what I wish every mom out there would do. Get photos taken that you will have forever. Treasure your relationship and cherish the moments you have together now. Our children grow up way too fast to let all these enjoyable moments go left unrecorded. Enjoy the sisters and mom photos!
